Deadline is reporting that Arrow alum Katrina Law has joined Crackle’s upcoming gang drama The Oath. She’ll be playing Officer Karen Beach, the sole female member of the Ravens cop gang who gets involved with a member of a rival gang.
From Joe Halpin (Secrets and Lies) and executive produced by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson (Power), The Oath delves into the world of gangs made up of those sworn to protect and defend and sheds light on the subsequent corruption necessary to keeping such secret societies flourishing. Once members make it inside, they’ll do anything necessary to protect one another from enemies on the outside and from within their own ranks.
In addition to her role on the CW drama, Law has appeared on the likes of Spartacus, Training Day, and Uncle Buck. She joins a cast that includes Ryan Kwanten (True Blood), Arlen Escarpeta (Brotherhood), and Corey Hardrict (Lincoln Heights).
The Oath is part of a scripted slate for Crackle that includes The Art of More, StartUp, and SuperMansion.
