At their TCA session today, Freeform announced the premiere dates for season two of comic series Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger and season three of acclaimed fashion dramedy The Bold Type.
Cloak & Dagger will premiere its sophomore run with a two-hour episode on Thursday, April 4th at 8:00. Season two finds Tyrone and Tandy becoming more active heroes in their community, tackling a heartless vigilante and uncovering an evil in the city that’s a threat to its young women. In addition, the series will tackle issues of gang violence and human trafficking amid the two heroes finding their place in this world and learning how to handle their enhanced powers.
The Bold Type will return on Tuesday, April 9th at 8:00 with Kat, Sutton, and Jane back in New York City after an eventful time in Paris. While Sutton adjusts to being back with Richard, Jane grapples with the choice between Ben and Ryan, and Kat tries to move forward after the breakup with Adena, Scarlet undergoes changes as new staffers come on board and Jacqueline finds herself on the hot seat.
