We are getting closer and closer to the series premiere of Riverdale. The show begins Thursday, January 26 on The CW, and the network has just announced that an extended Riverdale promo trailer is due to drop tomorrow (December 22). This should be exciting news for fans who are looking forward to the series based on the decades-old characters from Archie Comics.
Archie’s in the show; Betty’s there, Veronica too. Reggie’s there… and here comes Jughead and probably Hot Dog too. Best of all, Riverdale will introduce audiences to newer characters from the Archie library including Kevin Keller (Casey Cott) and the devilish Cheryl Blossom (Madelaine Petsch). Throw in some great music from cast members including KJ Apa’s Archie and Ashleigh Murray’s Josie (yes, Josie as in Josie and the Pussycats) and you’ve got an ensemble.
