Craig Horner and Legend of the Seeker fans – and we know there are many of you out there – we’re here seeking a favor.
As you surely know, Mr. Horner currently stars as Sean in the excellent VH1 series Hindsight, which sees a new episode airing at 10PM Wednesday night (March 11). Like Legend of the Seeker, it’s a fantastic show, but not everyone seems to have discovered its awesomeness yet. As Wednesday night’s episode is the season finale, the show needs your eyes now more than ever.

Lecture’s done. Here’s what he had to say when asked about whether he thinks we’ll see Legend of the Seeker’s Richard Cypher revisited:
“It’ll never leave me, because it didn’t end properly, you know?” Horner said. “I invested so much of myself into that show. It’s like when you’re dressed up in a completely crazy outfit, all day, every day, for like nine months, and everyone else is dressed crazy, and you’re in the wilderness, you spend more of your waking hours in Imagination-land than being a real person and doing real things. I spent more time holding swords, fighting people, riding horses, doing weird stuff like that… and I really love those kind of stories, personally. So I would like to see it come back. I think it will. I think it’ll be one of those shows that each year just gets more and more fans, because it didn’t get its right distribution originally.”
So there you go, Seekers. Enjoy the show Wednesday night!

Really enjoyed season 1 but season 2 was mostly bad. First the big villain that was killed off gets resurrected. Never a good sign. Then Sister Nicci (Jolene Blalock) disappears and a completely different one shows up. Just awful. Goes from bad to worse after that.
Loved Legend of the Seeker, it was the best fantasy action adventure show out there! Season 1 started off a bit cliche, but from episode 3 it just got better and better. Season 2 was great too, despite a poor cliffhanger ending. Hopefully someone has the sense to renew it for season 3!
Yes one of my favorite shows, and sadly cancelled way to soon. Presently I would like to see a movie done before everyone in the caste gets to old, if it were to return. I have bought both seasons and watch it often. If a movie was made in like a Jason and the Argonauts format, or so, that would be great. My fear is that if Disney wanted to reprise the show as a movie, they would select a new caste. That would be an error for sure!
I loved the books and enjoyed the series i would love to see more, the series had a hercules/xena feel to it which i liked because it allowed it to become a family show there were a few hole in the series but as i had read the books i could fill my husband in (and also let him know how the storyline actually went xD). He has never read the books he isn’t much of a reader and he also loved this series, i really hope they return this series to air, but perhaps they are having problems coming up with a 1/2 decent plot as some of the stories from the first and second season are from the further on books Doh! If you loved this series or at least enjoyed it read the sword of truth the books which the series is based on ;D
I’d love to see the show come back too, but a movie or mini-series is more likely, let’s hope that Craig will be right about this.
And the show became really good once they’ve cast Tabrett as Cara.
Legend of the Seeker is one of the best shows ever made. They made 44 episodes, and they were all great (not a single bad one in the bunch!) and it ended well. The problem is it ended way too soon! This is a show that has been discovered by so many people over the years. I have no doubt that a resurrection of this show would be incredibly popular! ABC/Disney needs to give this show another chance, or surrender the rights to it so another network (or Netflix) can have a shot.
It was one of the best TV shows I’ve ever seen. It was about magic, adventures, moral choices and passion, about good and evil, about love and sacrifice. It had fantastic plot, and immersive, believable world. It was no ordinary TV show. It not just entertained its viewers, it educated them. It had almost magical power to change people, to make them better persons. We, fans, REALLY miss the quest of Richard and Kahlan, Zed and Cara, their struggle for the Truth, for the Goodness.
The show has strong fan army, it is very popular all over the world, and has much more to offer. It is based on the book series of Terry Goodkind – “The Sword of Truth”, with first two season barely cover first two books, and there are 11 more. The chemistry between actors is very strong and gripping, and the people behind the show (plot, costumes, locations, stunts, etc..) are incredibly good at what they do.
THIS SHOW MUST GO ON!!!!
I have watched the entire series 3 times – really fun and satisfying. I would LOVE to see it come back.
I wish I had been aware of the show while it was still on. It was only after cancelation that I started watching on Netflix. I’m sure I am not alone and that the fan base has only grown since it’s demise.
Love the Legend of the Seeker, Please bring it back :/
