NBC has given a series order to health insurance comedy Indebted, Bone Collector series Lincoln, and musical comedy Perfect Harmony, it was confirmed today.

Based on the bestselling novel series from Jeffrey Deaver, with VJ Boyd (Justified) and Mark Bianculli (The Good Neighbor) writing, Lincoln tells the story of legendary forensic criminologist Lincoln Rhyme (Russell Hornsby), who was seriously injured during his hunt for the diabolical serial killer known as the Bone Collector. Called back into action when the killer re-emerges, Lincoln forms a unique partnership with Amelia Sachs, a young beat cop who helps him hunt the deadly mastermind while also taking on the most high-profile cases in the NYPD.
In addition to Hornsby, the series starts Michael Imperioli and Arielle Kebbel.
From Lesley Wake Webster (Kitchen Confidential), Perfect Harmony is the story of a rural church choir who gets a new director in the form of Arthur (Bradley Whitford), a salty Ivy League music professor.
In addition to Whitford, the series stars Anna Camp, Rizwan Manji, and Tymberlee Hill.
Each series joins a slate of NBC 2019-2020 newbies that includes legal drama Bluff City Law, immigration comedy Sunnyside, friendship drama Council of Dads, Kenan Thompson comedy The Kenan Show, and musical dramedy Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist.
