In “Stand By Me,” Stefan, Elena, and Jeremy arrive back in Mystic Falls and Caroline is immediately worried about Elena’s state of mind. Stefan reached out to Dr. Fell and Matt for help. Damon is still on the island, and relays somber news to Rebekah… news that inspires a surprising reaction. Meanwhile, Bonnie reveals the rest of Professor Shane’s plan, which you just know is going to be creepy.
