Amazon has set a Friday, October 12th premiere date for upcoming Matt Weiner anthology The Romanoffs.
The series will focus on an unconnected group of people who believe themselves to be descendants of the murdered Russian royal family. Each story takes place in a new location with a new cast.

The Romanoffs joins a scripted slate for Amazon that includes The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Bosch, Sneaky Pete, The Tick, and Patriot. It’s the second anthology set up at the streamer following horror anthology Lore, which will premiere its second season in October.
