Danielle Campbell will be appearing in the Vampire Diaries episode that will hopefully spin off into its own series. Her character’s name will be “Davina,” who is ” a young witch who has been over-sheltered by her protective caregivers.”
Campbell’s previous credits include the Disney Channel original movie Starstruck, and she was also in the movie Prom.
“The Originals” spin-off episode will air in late April, and if it does well, we could be seeing an Originals series this Fall on The CW. Fall schedule announcements usually happen in mid to late May.
