TNT is finishing up the first season of The Librarians tonight with two back to back episodes.

The first hour, at 8PM ET/PT, is called “The Librarians and the City of Light,” and in it, a missing person investigation uncovers what appears to be an alien invasion in a small rural town. The episode is written by John Rogers & Jeremy Bernstein and the director is Tawnia McKiernan.

24946_001_0601_R_8359_Then, at 9PM ET/PT tonight (January 18), the second episode of the evening – and the season finale – is called “The Librarians and the Loom of Fate.” When Dulaque changes the course of Fate, Baird starts moving through alternate timelines, each showing the changing destinies of the Librarians – and her own inevitable doom. Jonathan Frakes (Will Riker!) directed that one and John Rogers wrote it.

Don’t worry – with ratings like they’ve had, a Season 2 seems like an inevitability. Unfortunately, TNT’s press site was a bit confusing about which photos come from which episodes, so we don’t have any promotional photos to share this time around.

Share.
