The CW has released their official description for the Feb. 26 episode of Smallville, which is titled “Conspiracy.”

ZOD IS SHOT — Bernard Chisholm (guest star J.R. Bourne), a doctor who died and was brought back to life by the Kandorians so they can experiment on him, escapes and kidnaps some Kandorians in order to prove aliens have invaded Earth. Bernard tries to get Lois (Erica Durance) to write a story validating his claim, but when Lois refuses, he kidnaps her too. In an effort to save his people, Zod (Callum Blue) poses as a reporter from the Daily Planet and uncovers Bernard’s secret lab. Clark (Tom Welling) arrives at the lab just in time to see Zod get shot. Posted on KryptonSite. Turi Meyer directed the episode written by Al Septian & Turi Meyer (#3XS5265).

  1. I must admit, I don’t understand Clark’s willingness to help Zod. The other Kandorians, I understand to an extent, but Zod? This is, after all, the same guy who has been pegged with the destruction of Krypton, whose disciples showed up on Earth in season five and tore up Smallville, who Brainiac tried to free from the Phantom Zone, who took over Lex Luthor’s body and nearly took over the world in season six (I don’t think Clark is aware that Zod helped create Doomsday at some point). Granted, “Major Zod” may not have technically done these things since the Major is a younger clone of the General, and he may not have technically taken over the Earth as seen in Lois’ flashbacks since that future hasn’t happened yet, but I would think there would be more than enough evidence for Clark to distrust Zod.

  2. I THINK IT WILL BE THE BEST IDEA COZ KALEL SHOULD PROVE HIM SELF AS A SON OF JOREL.LETS WAIT AND SEE WHAT THEY WILL SHOW US TODAY IN “WARRIOR”TONIGHT
