Co-stars from both Riverdale and 90210 are sharing good wishes for actor Luke Perry who has suffered a “massive stroke” according to TMZ.
According to reports, the stroke happened on Wednesday, the same day that a 90210 revival was announced by FOX, and it happened in Perry’s Sherman Oaks home.
Perry is still hospitalized, though details on his current condition are conflicting.
Luke Perry rose to fame as “Dylan McKay” on the original Beverly Hills 90210; introduced in the second episode, he became a breakout character for the series. Since then he starred in series including Jeremiah but is best known to a generation as “Fred Andrews,” father of Archie, on The CW’s Riverdale.
Our wishes go out to him for a fast and positive recovery.
