The midseason NBC sitcom Powerless, a half-hour comedy set in the world of DC Comics, will have to find a new showrunner.

Deadline is reporting that creator Ben Queen has left the series, and it was a mutual decision citing “creative differences.” Queen was, of course, also behind the great but short-lived A to Z a few years ago on NBC.

Powerless is still scheduled to premiere at midseason, though an exact date has yet to be announced. The show stars Vanessa Hudgens, Alan Tudyk, Danny Pudi, and Christina Kirk, and features appearances by DC Comics characters including the Crimson Fox.
