Questions About This Year’s Fall TV: Mondays

SHILO: Is Scorpion going to be able to keep its spot on the CBS schedule? If not, how long will it be before they pull the plug and bring back the Monday comedy bloc?

CRAIG: It’s possible that Scorpion could exceed expectations at 9PM, being a CBS-y alternative to some of the other choices in the hour. There could be the temptation to flip it with NCIS: LA, and I wouldn’t be shocked if CBS ultimately does that. I think it’s actually good that CBS is being bold and trying a different genre in that time period; it just might not be the best to start off with something untested. But, hey: With Big Bang leading the night, at least to start, it’s bound to get some sampling, and if people like what they see, maybe they will watch more. There’s already a lot of good TV on Mondays at 9, though.
