The CW has released a very vague description for the April 4 two-hour series finale of One Tree Hill.

They listed the title as “One Tree Hill,” and we’re not sure if that is accurate or just a placeholder.

TWO-HOUR SERIES FINALE EVENT — In the final chapter of One Tree Hill, the tenth anniversary of Tric brings old faces and new possibilities for the Tree Hill family.  Sophia Bush, James Lafferty, Bethany Joy Galeotti, Austin Nichols, Robert Buckley, Shantel VanSanten, Jackson Brundage, Lee Norris, Lisa Goldstein, Stephen Colletti, Tyler Hilton and Paul Johansson star.  The episode was written and directed by Mark Schwahn (#913).

  1. I’m pretty sure “One Tree Hill” IS the title of the finale. It is clearly fitting! And every episode is named after a song….One Tree Hill is a song sung by U2….

  2. I truly hope that the show is going to have an end thats respectful to its loyal audience thats been following the show for ten years… I want some kind of basketball presence (a friendly game in the rivercourt would be great), a great voiceover done by CMM (hope there is a surprise appearance by him and HB the fans deserve it) I want the show to go back to its roots and thank the audience with a great episode that is going to be resolving every situation and not leave ppl wondering because we know there is not going to be a spin off. Give ppl the closure that they deserve…. And bring back the original theme. That is all Im asking for. RIP OTH 2003-2012
