Variety is reporting that Teen Wolf alum Tyler Posey will be recurring on upcoming Starz comedy Now Apocalypse. He’ll be playing charismatic, mysterious Gabriel, who matches with Ulysses (Avan Jogia) on a dating app and has an unforgettable first meeting with the Los Angeles transplant.
From Gregg Araki (Kaboom) and Vogue columnist Karley Sciortino, with Steven Soderbergh (The Girlfriend Experience) executive producing, The group’s concerns over dating and identity are interrupted, though, when Ulysses becomes convinced that the nightmares he suffers from are pointing toward a vast, sinister conspiracy.
In addition to his role on the MTV drama, Posey has appeared on the likes of The Exes, Jane the Virgin, and Scream.
Now Apocalypse is part of a scripted slate for Starz that includes Power, Outlander, and American Gods. The network recently renewed acclaimed half-hour Vida.
