Rocky Carroll is a “NCIS Director” in more ways than one as he directed the November 29 episode of NCIS which is called “Peacekeeper.” CBS has released a gallery of photos, a description, and a list of guest stars from the episode, all of which can be found below.

David McCallum is in the recurring cast as Dr. Donald “Ducky” Mallard.
