“Double Trouble” is the title of the new episode of NCIS airing tonight (October 13) on CBS, and in it, Vance partners with Gibbs and returns to field duty when a murder case is connected to a former NCIS agent he locked up for stealing evidence.

“Double Trouble” was written by Christopher J. Waild and directed by Dennis Smith.
