When we interviewed Rosario Dawson earlier this year, the actress wouldn’t say if she would be a part of fellow Marvel Netflix series Luke Cage, but now Deadline has confirmed that Dawson is one of two actors added to the cast today.
Dawson will be reprising her role as Claire Temple from Daredevil.
Mike Colter will play Luke Cage in the upcoming series after making his first appearances on Jessica Jones. (It’s all connected!)
In addition to Dawson, Deadline is reporting that actor Theo Rossi (Sons of Anarchy) will also be appearing in Luke Cage. Deadline has implied that he’s playing “Shades,” one of Cage’s enemies. (Where’s Comanche?)
Luke Cage will premiere sometime in the future on Netflix.
