ABC has been heavily promoting this week’s Grey’s Anatomy as if it’s a very big deal – does someone die? Is McDreamy in danger? – so the description they released for the episode is very short and vague. All we know about it is this:
“Derek witnesses a horrible car accident and springs into action to save lives.”
