A new episode of Grey’s Anatomy airs tonight (March 31) at 8PM on ABC, and they’ve released a description and images to promote it. Here’s the synopsis:

Meredith takes a step forward with Will but quickly regrets it; Maggie senses a disconnection with Andrew; and Amelia reevaluates her relationship with Owen. Meanwhile, Catherine comes into town and really shakes things up with April and Jackson, on “Grey’s Anatomy,” THURSDAY, MARCH 31 (8:00-9:00 p.m. EDT) on the ABC Television Network.
