TBS will be premiering a new late night series, The Pete Holmes Show, tonight at midnight following CONAN.

23992_001_2567_R_49753_5847_low.jpgThe show features sketches and a variety of material starring comedian Pete Holmes. Among the sketches we can look forward to is a piece merging Good Will Hunting with the recent “Batfleck” “controversy.”

Series to Premiere Monday Oct. 28, at Midnight (ET/PT) with Guest Kumail Nanjiani, Plus Pete Visits Jon Stewart in New York

TBS‘s new late-night series The Pete Holmes Show – which launches Monday, Oct. 28, following CONAN – will feature a variety of stars from the entertainment, comedy and sports world during its first two weeks. The Pete Holmes Show will showcase the comedian’s wide-ranging skill set. The series will pack live comedy, in-studio guest interviews, sketches and video pieces into a fast-paced half hour.  The first two weeks are as follows:

Monday, Oct. 28 – Kumail Nanjiani, plus Pete visits Jon Stewart in New York
Tuesday, Oct. 29 – Allison Williams
Wednesday, Oct. 30 – Jim Jefferies, plus Pete visits NBA All Star James Harden in Houston
Thursday, Oct. 31 – Chelsea Peretti

Monday, Nov. 4 – Ike Barinholtz
Tuesday, Nov. 5 – Anthony Jeselnik
Wednesday, Nov. 6 – Casey Wilson and June Diane Raphael
Thursday, Nov. 7 – Deepak Chopra

Named one of Variety‘s Top 10 Comics to Watch, Pete Holmes hosts the You Made It Weird podcast, which was named one of the Top Ten Podcasts of 2012 by both The Onion AV Club and Paste magazine. Since 2011, he has starred in CollegeHumor.com’s hilarious and extremely popular series of Batman parodies. Pete also provides the voice for the talking baby in the award-winning e*trade ad-campaign.

Produced by Conaco LLC, the The Pete Holmes Show will air Monday-Thursday at midnight (ET/PT) on TBS, following CONAN. Jeff Ross, David Kissinger, Nick Bernstein, Dave Rath and Conan O’Brien serve as executive producers on The Pete Holmes Show. The show originates from Stage 10 at Warner Bros. Studios.
