CBS Renews The Mentalist; Cancels The Crazy Ones, Intelligence & More

Fans of The Mentalist who were worried the series might be coming to an end have some good news coming in today.

The show has been renewed for a seventh season by CBS. There was some question as to whether or not the show would be renewed as it was not included in the announcement of renewed shows earlier this year.

Unfortunately, news wasn’t as good for some other CBS series today, as The Crazy Ones, Intelligence, Friends With Better Lives, Hostages, and Bad Teacher were all given cancellation notices. Of those shows, the Robin Williams-Sarah Michelle Gellar starring The Crazy Ones might be the biggest surprise.

CBS will be announcing their new schedule within the next week.
