Those six new series include four dramas – Vegas (no relation to the old series Vega$), Elementary, Made In Jersey, and Golden Boy; and two comedies – Partners and Friend Me.
The one that will inspire the most talk, though, might be Elementary, the modern-day Sherlock Holmes series with Jonny Lee Miller as the detective and Lucy Liu as his partner, a female Watson. It will also be interesting to see how this differs from The BBC’s Sherlock beyond the whole gender thing.
CBS will be formally announcing their Fall schedules later this week.
