The brilliant Michelle Gomez of Doctor Who and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina fame has joined the cast of Doom Patrol Season 3 as “Madame Rouge.” The logline says “she will appear as the DC Universe’s complicated and electrifying eccentric, who arrives at Doom Manor with a very specific mission… if only she could remember it.”
The character first appeared in comics way back in Doom Patrol #86 back in 1964. While a premiree date for Doom Patrol Season 3 has not yet been announced, it will air exclusively on HBO Max. The first season was on the now-defunct DC Universe streaming service (now reimagined as something else) and the second season was a shared release between DC Universe and HBO Max.
