Good news and bad news for “Beasties.”

First, the bad news: The CW has confirmed that Beauty and the Beast will end its run after Season 4. The show will wrap production soon.

The good news: Season 4 production is not yet completed, which means fans will get a satisfying series finale… and there’s still the 13-episode fourth season yet to air, most likely in Summer 2016.

While it’s sad to lose a show that is well-loved here at KSiteTV, getting this early word also means that the actors that fans have enjoyed seeing will be available for the next pilot season, so there’s a plus, at least.

As soon as a premiere date is available for Beauty and the Beast Season 4, we’ll let you know.

(We first saw this news on TVLine, so credit where credit’s due and all that.)
