Four CW pilots are going to series.

The Tomorrow People, from executive producers Julie Plec, Phil Klemmer, and Greg Berlanti, a revival of the 1970’s British franchise about young people with powers starring Robbie Amell, Luke Mitchell, and Peyton List, is one of the two pickups that just were announced; the other is The 100, a series where some juvenile delinquents are sent to an abandoned Earth. Both pilots sound really good and we can’t wait to see them.

The Tomorrow People, especially, should be interesting, as it means that The CW will have two Amells in their weekly lineup. Maybe Arrow and Tomorrow People can be paired on the same night? Either way, you can be sure we already have a Twitter feed set up at @TomorrowTV.

UPDATE: Two more have been picked up – the alien/teen romance Star-Crossed (formerly Oxygen) with Matt Lanter and Aimee Teegarden, and the Mary, Queen Of Scots story Reign.

These projects join the already picked up The Originals. More details to come…
