The November 14 episode of The Vampire Diairies is called “Death and the Maiden,” and the promo trailer for the episode — which aired after Thursday’s new installment of the show — appears to have doppelgangers and maybe even some human to ghost touching.
Over here, I admit I’m totally behind and as a result, so many Nina Dobrevs and Paul Wesleys in the show is really confusing me.
