The Vampire Diaries returns to The CW with new episodes on Thursday, April 18 — that’s eleven days away at the time of this posting — and the show seems to be hosting the Mystic Falls High Prom, which, as we’ve pointed out before, might not be the greatest of ideas, because parties and gatherings in the Vampire Diaries world seem to have pretty bloody and tragic endings.
But hey, at least Rebekah finally gets to attend a dance, right?
