Last week, The CW released a preview clip from the Vampire Diaries Season 4 premiere, showing what happens when Elena wakes up after the moments of the Season 3 finale.
Now, thanks to Mr. Video, we have screen captures from that preview clip, which features Nina Dobrev as Elena, Paul Wesley as Stefan, and Ian Somerhalder as Damon.
