The new CW series The Messengers will not live to see a second season. In other words, next year, no one will be shooting The Messengers.
The CW has a very packed schedule – they just renewed iZombie for another year and ordered three new series. The Messengers hasn’t fared too well in its Friday timeslot, either, which surely didn’t help. Sadly for fans, it might take a divine intervention of good ratings to make The CW reverse their decision.
The CW will announce their 2015-2016 schedule next Thursday. In the meantime, enjoy The Messengers while you can.
