Deadline is reporting that Glee alum Jacob Artist will be recurring on the upcoming second season of showbiz drama The Arrangement. He’ll be playing charming Wes Blaker, whose sharp sense of humor belies a dark side that very few are aware of.
From Jonathan Abrahams (Mad Men), The Arrangement follows aspiring actress Megan Morrison (Christine Evangelista) as she goes on the audition of her life and comes away with not only a part in a Hollywood blockbuster but a boyfriend in A-lister Kyle West (Josh Henderson). The series chronicles the relationship contract that exists between Megan and Kyle, as well as the connection Kyle has to self-help organization The Institute of the Higher Mind and its leader Terrence Anderson (Michael Vartan).
In addition to his role on the FOX musical dramedy, Artist has appeared on the likes of Quantico, How to Rock, and American Horror Story. He joins Garcelle Beauvais (NYPD Blue) in debuting on the cult drama next season.
The second season of The Arrangement will premiere sometime in 2018 on E!, where it will join fellow E! scripted series The Royals.
