Marvel Comics has on more than one occasion had an ongoing series called “What If…” asking important questions that might come to the minds of fans. “What If…” also happens to be the title of the April 4 return episode of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., which features te return of Brett Dalton’s Grant Ward!
