To tie in with the excitement at the New York Comic Con and the launch of the “TVShadowhunters” Snapchat account, ABC Family has released their first actual teaser trailer featuring new footage for Shadowhunters.
The series will premiere in 2016 on ABC Family, or, as it will be called by then, Freeform. Shadowhunters is based on the “Mortal Instruments” book series by Cassandra Clare.
We get our first looks at many characters — Clary, Jace, Alec, Isabelle, Simon, Magnus, Luke and more. The show features some familiar faces like Kat McNamara, Dominic Sherwood, and Harry Shum Jr. and will introduce audiences to several new ones as well.
