The CW’s Riverdale pilot finally has their Kevin Keller!
In news apparently revealed by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa on Twitter, the first gay Archie Comics character will be played by actor Casey Cott. We’re not finding an IMDb page for Mr. Cott, so he must be new to TV!

The pilot episode of Riverdale, apparently titled “The River’s Edge,” will be shooting soon in Vancouver for a hopeful spot on The CW’s very crowded 2016-2017 schedule. The pilot stars KJ Apa as Archie Andrews, the character who first appeared in Pep Comics 75 years ago.
