Miss Grundy: Erica Durance
Come on, let’s be realistic. This is The CW. Miss Grundy is going to be hot; age 40 at the most. There’s also an actress that many have been missing from U.S. TV, who was well-known to CW audiences, and that’s the former “Lois Lane” herself, Erica Durance. Let’s see Archie and the gang behave when they have such an attractive teacher.
(If Erica’s not free, and they really do go with a hot Miss Grundy, Krista Allen or Jewel Staite would also be great for the role, just saying.)
Mr. Weatherbee: Michael Chiklis
Before he was The Shield, Michael Chiklis was… Daddio. In other words, he’s done humorous, and no matter how dark gets, Waldo Weatherbee will probably be funny. Chiklis is one of the 19 series regular cast members on Gotham, but we know how the law enforcement is a revolving door now. Plus: He’s got the hair for it! Sometimes when fan casting, that’s all you need.
