The Rangers have a strange encounter with a medium on Halloween.
Considering the first Power Rangers Samurai Halloween special was nothing more than a clip show, the fact that there’s seems to be an original storyline here is a good sign. Although nothing can ever beat the glory of the first Halloween Power Rangers episode with the Pumpkin Rapper, this episode does have Jake in a cow costume.
