One of our favorite former Vampire Diaries guest stars has joined The CW’s pilot Oxygen.
Deadline broke the news that Malese Jow, who we still miss as “Anna,” will play “Julia” in the pilot. Julia is a girl who has faced an illness but may get a second chance at life thanks to the aliens in this “Roswell meets District 9” type pilot.
Also cast in Oxygen is Titus Makin Jr. He will be playing the “goofy and cute best friend” to the lead character Emery, who will be played by Aimee Teegarden. Makin’s previous credits include several episodes of Glee.
Oxygen should be shooting soon for a hopeful spot on The CW’s Fall schedule.
