Most Surprising (Possible) Renewal: Scream Queens. I was shocked it came back for Season 2 and I’d be even more shocked if it returned for Season 3.
Show That Likely Won’t Be Renewed But Should Be: It’s probably also unlikely considering Matt Nix is busy with X-Men/Gifted/what have you, but I think there’s a good show in APB and I’d love to see the show given more of a chance. Considering it did as well as 24: Legacy without the promotion or the legacy, pun intended, I think it’d be worth exploring.
Possible Scheduling Disaster: I know my own schedule doesn’t really excel for it either, but I can see Tuesdays continuing to be a problem for FOX.
Possible Biggest Surprise: FOX will announce that another one of their classic shows will be returning at some point during the 2017-2018 season. Which? I don’t know, that’s why it would be a surprise!
Safest Bet: X-Men/The Gifted will be the comic book show that people didn’t even realize they wanted, and it might catch on the way Heroes Season 1 did. We’ll see if I’m right.
Project I’m Rooting For: That untitled Marvel mutant action-adventure thing. Can we get a name already? In any event, the X-Men have deserved to be on TV for a while. Inhumans who?
