Jorge Garcia returns to Once Upon A Time in the new episode scheduled for Sunday, February 10… and this time, some other TV favorites like Abraham Benrubi (Parker Lewis Can’t Lose, ER) and Cassidy Freeman (Smallville) are also along for the ride!
