Jamie Bamber returns as NSA Attorney Jake Malloy, Bishop’s husband, in a new episode of NCIS airing tonight (November 17) at 8PM ET/PT on CBS.
The episode is called “Day in Court,” and in order to clear his name, a petty officer volunteers to be court martialed if NCIS agrees to conduct its own investigation after his murder case is dismissed due to a mishandled warrant.
