A new episode of NCIS airs tonight, and in it, the NCIS murder case of a retired Navy Lieutenant Commander forces Ducky to reveal his participation in a secret society that solves cold cases.
The episode airs at 8PM ET/PT on CBS, and the title of the episode is “16 Years.” Arrested Development’s Jessica Walter guest stars as Judith McKnight and Richard Riehle guest stars as Walt Osorio, both members of the secret society.
