Jackson Hurst returns as Under Secretary Duggan in a new episode of NCIS: Los Angeles airing tonight (January 15) on CBS.
The title of the episode is “Hot Water” and in it, the mole has once again compromised the NCIS team as planted evidence results in the arrests of Callen, Sam, Granger and Deeks, on the day Under Secretary Duggan returns for Hetty’s resignation. You can see some preview images below.
