In “The Long Shot,” in the wake of President Ostrov’s death, Elizabeth and President Dalton fear a power grab within the Russian government. Also, the government’s Cybersecurity Coordinator Oliver Shaw (Kobi Libii) works to identify the hacker who interfered with the communication system on Air Force One, and Jay devises a plan to fight Russian propaganda.
Madam Secretary stars Téa Leoni (Elizabeth McCord), Tim Daly (Henry McCord), Bebe Neuwirth (Nadine Tolliver), Zeljko Ivanek (Russell Jackson), Patina Miller (Daisy Grant), Erich Bergen (Blake Moran), Geoffrey Arend (Matt Mahoney), Kathrine Herzer (Alison McCord), Evan Roe (Jason McCord), Wallis Currie-Wood (Stephanie “Stevie” McCord), and Keith Carradine (President Conrad Dalton).
