At the opening of the Warner Bros. “Television Out Of The Box” exhibit, KSiteTV’s Craig Byrne was able to speak to TV favorites past and present as they came in through the red carpet.
We’ll be posting a new mini-interview every day over the coming weeks until we run out… look for favorites from the past like Knots Landing, Family Matters, and the original V as well as modern day hits like Fringe, The Vampire Diaries, and the new Dallas.
Today, in honor of tonight’s new Fringe which featured some great Broyles material, we are going to share what the actor who plays him, Lance Reddick, has to say. Or not say, as the case may be.
“I can’t tell you any details. I can’t even tell you about the big reveal in Episode 420. But that big reveal leads into 421 and 422. It’s really a two-part finale,” Reddick says about what’s coming up later in the season. (Episode #4.20 is titled “Worlds Apart” and airs on April 27)
And how does Lance Reddick feel about the chances for a Fringe Season 5? “This is such a tricky thing,” he says. “I think that Warner Bros. loves our show, and is fighting really, really hard to get us a fifth season. I think FOX loves our show. But economics are economics. So we’ll see how the numbers play out.”
As mentioned before, the red carpet event was to promote the “Television Out Of The Box” exhibit at the Paley Center in Beverly Hills. Is there a certain Fringe item that he’d like to see displayed? “The one item I would love to see is the cadaver of Alt-Broyles from Season Three,” he says. At the moment, he may not be getting his wish, but Fringe fans can see a few items from the series at the exhibit.
