Claire Holt’s Rebekah returns in tonight’s episode of The Originals on The CW, airing at 8PM on the network… but before we see the Original sister again, there’s a matter of Klaus and Elijah having brothers Kol (Kaleb) and Finn (Vincent) chained up at the end of the previous episode.
We spoke with actor Joseph Morgan last week on The Originals set about this family reunion.
“I think now, for the first time in the show, we’ve got all four brothers in the same room, so I think the idea is to learn what we can from them about Esther and her motives, and to do that, we only need one of them to talk. That’s the nice kind of threat that we can pose to them, like ‘only one of you has to comply, the other one we don’t need. So who’s it going to be?’ You’ll see that we separate them and we get to each of them in turn, rather than keeping them in the same room, and there’s a bit of good cop-bad cop in that scenario, which was a lot of fun to film,” Morgan told us.
Who’s the good cop? “Who do you think?” Joseph laughs.
You can see more of our interview with Mr. Morgan below, where he talks about Klaus’ possible regrets about killing Ansel (“I don’t know if he’d admit to regretting it, but I think, certainly, he questions his decision later on,” he says), working with new actors as Finn and Kol, and how the Klaus and Rebekah relationship goes when she returns in tonight’s show. And, of course, stay tuned for more Originals interviews in coming days and weeks here at KSiteTV!
