The CW’s Tomorrow People premieres tonight at 9PM on The CW as the second hour of “Amell Wednesdays” pairing Arrow (starring Stephen Amell) with this new series, which stars Stephen’s cousin, Robbie Amell, who you might remember from such projects as Revenge, Alcatraz, and Scooby Doo.
In anticipation of tonight’s premiere, we have Part 2 of our video interview from the Tomorrow People set for your viewing pleasure. In the interview, Stephen talks about getting to live his dream for the role, upcoming emotional challenges for his character Stephen, whether or not Stephen’s younger brother will have powers, how the other Tomorrow People view Stephen, and more.
Robbie also talks about the Prime Barrier, which is a major factor that separates the Tomorrow People from the rest of the pack:
“It’s one of my favorite parts of the storyline,” he says. “It’s very cool. I think it separates it from most other superhero stories. IT separates it from X-Men, it separates it from Heroes. But you find out some really interesting information about the gene within us – it’s called the Prime Barrier – that stops us from killing.”
Enjoy the interview below, and come back soon for more Tomorrow People interviews! Additionally, you’re all invited to check out our Tomorrow People forum!
