We are only two days away from the March 5 series premiere of DIG on the USA Network, and to continue our string of interviews tying in to the premiere, here’s Jason Isaacs talking about the experience, his costars, the locations, the mysteries, and more.
He also talks about what gets his character, Peter Connelly, into the action in the first place.
“I am running away from a situation I got myself in in Washington, where my daughter died, and I kind of fell apart,” Isaacs explained to us when we visited the DIG U.S. sets in Albuquerque, New Mexico. “So I call Anne [Heche’s character], who used to be my student and protege, and she’s now running the Jerusalem bureau, and she calls me out so I can get away from it all. I am haunted and driven by trying to escape the ghost of my daughter, and that drives a lot of the plot.”
All this and more below. You can find more DIG coverage here.
