Entertainment Weekly today unveiled the first official look at Marvel’s Inhumans, yet another Marvel Comics-based series that will premiere this Fall on ABC after a screening of the first two episodes on IMAX earlier in the month.
Scott Buck of Marvel’s Iron Fist fame is the Executive Producer, and he talked with EW a bit about what it’s like to bring the Inhumans to life.
“It was an exciting proposition,” he said of the show and the characters’ unique looks and effects. “We approach these [characters] all as real people who just happen to have these abilities, so they’re all very grounded.”
Buck also didn’t close the door on a connection to the Inhumans that we saw on Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. “Things that have happened on S.H.I.E.L.D. will potentially affect our show as well,” he teased.
