The Wrap is reporting that Nikita alum Tiffany Hines has joined the upcoming fourth season of BET soap Hit the Floor. She’ll be playing the mysterious Eve, a political power player who has surprising ties to the Devils.
Having officially moved to BET last spring as a result of Viacom’s on-going restructuring, Hit the Floor takes a behind the scenes look at the Los Angeles Devils, a professional basketball team, and their dance team known as the Devil Girls. The first three seasons focused on Ahsha Hayes (Taylour Paige), an aspiring dancer who lands a spot on the Devil Girls and immediately becomes a threat to team captain Jelena Howard (Logan Browning). However, Paige is one of two series regulars, along with Adam Senn, to leave the series after the third season.
In addition to her role on the CW drama, Hines has appeared on the likes of Bones, Stitchers, and Devious Maids. She’s one of several new additions to the series for its upcoming season, joining Teyana Taylor (Madea’s Big Happy Family), Kristian Kordula (The Haves and the Have Nots), Cort King (SEAL Team), and Kyndall (Kicks).
The fourth season of Hit the Floor is set to premiere in 2018 on BET.
