NBC is hoping their Friday night line-up of Chuck and Grimm will be a hit with spy-geek chic leading into the science fiction genre.
The show does come from producer David Greenwalt (Angel, Profit) so he’s got a pretty decent track record. We’ll see. Though the ultimate success of this show might depend more on whether or not Supernatural and Fringe stay in their old time slots, where they will be competing for many of the same viewers. The mostly-unknown cast, led by David Giuntoli, could go either way: It could create new stars or fail to find an audience from unfamiliarity. What do you think? Post your thoughts in our forum.
NBC has also released four promotional images from the pilot. You can find those below.

I have no more faith in the networks. When a show comes along that’s great, the networks cancel them after one season. I’m not going to even bother watching these new shows because the networks won’t give them a chance to grow and will cancel them (a la Breaking In, Chicago Code, The Event).
@GRIMM, BAD VARY VARY BAD, BAD ACTING, BAD
